| The Model 85 is a musical sounding eight outlet conditioner with two digital filters. It is well suited for the audiophile who has
2-4 digital components. A separate filter for each digital component is recommended (as funds permit). When used with two digital components, the Model 85's dual digital filters will prevent crosstalk from occurring
(through the power cords of digital components plugged into the same duplex). Three-stage surge protection is accomplished through use of both Metal-Oxide Varistors (MOV) and gas surge-arrestors. The rear panel IEC
connector allows use of either the custom VansEvers power cord or any other 15 amp cable. A Transient-Impedance switch allows for a subtle yet significant sonic change. As your digital needs grow, so does the capability
of the Model 85: the number of digital filters can be increased to as many as four. In addition, the Model 85 is factory upgradable to Reference status. For those seeking maximum sonic detail and dynamics, the Reference
