Super Companion II
$200.00 - Call To Purchase
The Super Companion II is a commercially available metal 10-outlet strip which has undergone extensive modifications by the VansEvers Company. Inexpensive (read "cheap") metal outlet strips usually sound cheap...and like they're made from thin metal. Not so the Super Companion II, because it has been "voiced" with resonance modification techniques. Two types of dampening materials have been utilized to rid the Super Companion II of the "cheap & tinny" sound of inexpensive outlet strips. It has been rebuilt internally to have 5 levels of RFI noise rejection (with both differential and common-mode noise filtration), and two different types of L-N surge suppression (MOV and gas surge arresters). So not only does it sound good, it does a good job of protecting your equipment from power line "nasties." A fixed power cord and upgraded plug are standard.

Please Note:
MOV stands for Metal Oxide Varistor. MOV's are not necessarily bad. Improper use of many items can be fatal, but this does not make that particular item inherently dangerous.

SUPER COMPANION II DIRECTIONS
    1. There are no current limiting filters used in the 5 levels of RFI noise filtering.
    2. To plug in components, you should start with the outlets farthest away from the on/off switch, and work back towards the on/off switch. The suggested order is:

Sources (audio, video, and cable..but don't mix pure analog sources and digital/video in the same duplex)
      TVs, and projectors
      Pre-amps/processors
      Amps
      Sub-woofers or their amps

    3. There are 5 duplexes; it is best not to place amps and digital or video components in the same duplex.
